Maine Event Comedy Presents: Amy Tee!
Johnson Hall Opera House 280 Water Street, GardinerMaine Event Comedy presents touring stand-up comedian Amy Tee at Johnson Hall Opera House on Saturday, May 18 at 7:30 pm. The show will also feature Ryan Gartley and Mike Levinsky. Tee performs all over the country and brings boyish charm and dry wit to her experiences with alcoholism, bipolar disorder, and the road to recovery. Her twisted dance between stereotypes and reality delivers comedy with stigma-busting honesty. Through a ton of hard work and self-discovery, she is now over ten years sober and has dedicated her life to traveling the road of wellness and assisting others along the way. Gartley was featured on the internationally syndicated Steve Katsos Show and was a semi-finalist in the Portland and Boston Comedy Festivals. His observations and dry humor have earned him opening spots for Lenny Clarke, Jeff Dunham, and Steven Wright. Levinsky has over a decade of experience in the New England scene. His material is as hilarious as it is thought-provoking. Mike has worked with nationally touring comics Louis Ramey and Myq Kaplan. Johnson Hall is located at 280 Water St. in Gardiner. The show is for ages 21-plus and will contain adult language and content.
