Priming, painting, caulking of the windows at Johnson Hall

As of Tuesday, September 22nd, Jacobs Glass had primed, painted, and caulked 65% of the east side windows. When you look up now, you see beautiful black trim around the windows.

Today, September 24th, the painting and caulking on the east side of the building, which is the front facing Water Street, was completed. Three of the 3rd floor windows had their bottom sash rails repaired. Four windows had their jamb trim repaired. Two head trims needed to be fabricated on the 2nd floor.

Ganneston Construction also removed the exhaust fan and duct at Window 201A on the West Side (back side of the building.) Sounds exciting right? It does and for those who don’t speak this language (including me!), the windows were repaired!

We enjoy seeing the progress each day and hope you do too! Take a drive by to see it in person. It truly makes your heart happy to see the exterior transformation of the building.
